The Canadian psych-opera group Yamantaka // Sonic Titan released their excellent, self-titled album last year via Psychic Handshake with the intention of fusing elements of Eastern and Western culture. The video for their first single, "Hoshi Neko", visualizes that mission, using the band's signature black-and-white aesthetic to present cartoonish Eastern imagery with the feel of an early Atari video game.
