Wanna Buy the Church Where Arcade Fire Made Neon Bible and The Suburbs?

Last fall, news surfaced that Arcade Fire were working on a new LP for 2013, but not at the church where they recorded 2010's The Suburbs and 2007's Neon Bible. They had to leave the church after the roof collapsed, and it seems they're leaving it behind for good. Today on Twitter, the band posted a real estate listing for the Farnham, Quebec building, along with the caption, "Anybody want to buy a church?" (That's a picture, above.)

It's going for $325,000. The listing reads:

Charming church which housed a small concert hall, followed by a recording studio also offering accommodation. Its architecture makes it a perfect location for an artist's studio, a place of worship, a cultural, community or other organization. Offer here a unique setting to your project!

Unique indeed! And the roof repairs will only cost approximately $24,300-$44,200, apparently.
