On December 6, the Gusman Center in Miami will host "KURT", a multi-discipline exhibition inspired by the late Kurt Cobain. The exhibit was conceptualized by Adarsha Benjamin and will be headlined by a performance from Thurston Moore, according to the Miami New Times. The exhibition is part of this year's Miami Art Basel, and tickets are available here.
In addition to Moore's performance, there will be an original dance choreographed by Ryan Heffington inspired by the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" video. The dance is set to original music by Entrance's Guy Blakeslee.
They're also screening KURT, a short film by Benjamin, which is described on the theater's website as "an abstract portrayal of the personality and many masks of the myth that surrounded the late Kurt Cobain."
