Cat Power's European fall tour remained up in the air this week, after Chan Marshall posted a note on Twitter and Instagram explaining that health and financial concerns might force her to cancel it. Now, Marshall has posted another Tweet confirming the tour is indeed on (in an apparently less elaborate fashion). She wrote: "EUROPEAN TOUR IS ON. WITHOUT STAGE PRESENTATION. HARD MONEY WASTED. #GOODBYE #GORILLA"
