Is This a New Mixtape From the Avalanches?

Is this new music from the Avalanches? Over the weekend, the mysterious Australian crew posted a cryptic link on their Twitter to a mix called "Sleepy Bedtime Mix for Young Ones", saying that it "may or may not be mixtape by ♥ ∆v∆L∆NCH∑≤ ♥." It's being hosted on a new mixtape site called Pinchy & Friends, allegedly created by Tom Kuntz, the director of the Avalanches' video for "Frontier Psychiatrist". A representative for the Avalanches' label, Modular, claimed to have no knowledge of the mixtape.
